This weekend, I had both days off work and put them to good use! I visited 2 places I love and enjoy walking around watching and listening to the multitude of wildlife to be found there!

And finally……
A sequence of 13 photos showing a Grey Heron in flight coming towards me. A hard set for me to try as I had little to no warning of it flying. I was literally photographing the Little Egret, from the above set, at the time.. Looked up and there it was!!! So no time to adjust the camera… just try and hold lens steady, pull back the zoom from 600mm to 200mm and take each photo trying to keep it in as best focus as I could
